Through this program, individuals can select someone they trust—whether it’s a family member, friend, neighbor, or even a former colleague—to serve as their Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) and be compensated for providing care.

Who Qualifies for the Family CNA Program?

Individuals who require hands-on care and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, feeding, and transfers.

Both pediatric and adult Medicaid members are eligible to participate in the Family CNA program, provided they have Colorado Medicaid.​

Attend one of the most flexible and affordable CNA certification programs in Colorado. Whether you're in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Lakewood, or Westminster, you can take advantage of the self-paced, online Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.

The program allows you to make your own schedule, so you can complete your coursework as quickly or slowly as you need. With 43 hours of online coursework, 16 hours of in-person skills labs, and 16 hours of clinical experience, you can finish the program in as little as three weeks.

Labs and clinicals are offered at convenient times and locations throughout Colorado, ensuring you can fit your education around your life. Once you complete the program, you'll be ready to take your state exams and become a certified CNA.
